Development Model
DSEHC has an established Partnership (not competitive) with Tier 2 organizations which promotes a development model from Learn to skate all the way to College. It is under this solid foundation that DSEHC was established with over 40 Tier 2 teams under the DSEHC umbrella. This includes the Dallas Stars Selects (DSS), DPSC Dallas Stars Selects and Dallas Junior Hockey Association (DJHA). This pyramid allows for player development throughout each age level and movement of players between organizations.

DSEHC manages and operates the 9 teams while the Tier 2 organizations manage their respective teams but work together with our teams for player development and exposure. This arrangement allows opportunities for joint practices, player invites and 3on3 sessions.
