Barrett brings an outstanding hockey background to DSEHC. He played with the Dallas Stars U18AAA team before moving on to play Junior A in the NAHL. He has been an assistant coach with the Dallas Stars U18AAA team and has spent two seasons assisting with the University of North Dakota Fighting Sioux in the WCHA.
Barrett is now back in Dallas and is the head coach of our Bantam 98 team. Additionally, he is an assitant coach with the Allen Americans. The Wilson name is very familiar in Dallas Hockey. Barrett's father, Rick, is a former assistant coach with the NHL Dallas Stars and is currently the assistant coach with the NHL Minnesota Wild. Barrett's brother, Landon, has spent 11 seasons in the NHL including this past season as a member of the Dallas Stars.
